domestic fastener (machine element such as bolt/nut etc…) company.

With an advanced system for the inventory management, Bossard Korea executes all the inventory management. The cycle of ordering, warehousing, examinating, managing inventory and understanding
the inventory after a period when the consumption has started, is being performed as repetitive tasks. With a variety of fastening elements, it’s quite difficult to estimate the number of human power and
time that will be requested to do the work. Bossard Korea utilizes an advanced system for the inventory

Representative Director Gwang-Ram Oh(55) is putting all the effort
and investment he can for the self-development and strengthening
education of the employees under his belief of “man of ability is the vision of the company”. Representative Director Mr. Oh mentioned that the core of the business policy is the cultivation of talented young workers. He often holds internal education and seminars and sends the employees to Swiss where a holding company is based in, to Singapore and raising them into talent workers with world class level. Mr. Oh also explained that a welfare suitable to the education is needed so he’s managing the dormitory, and other various convenient facilities such as poolroom. He said that creating a ‘Happy Family’ corporate culture based on the education and welfare can be a
big help to the competitiveness of the company.
Concerning the difficulties in the management, Mr. Oh suggested that even though various policy funds from the authorities are giving help in the industrial management but a support for specific sector such as logistics automation is needed. He was pointed out that as a professional enterprise in early logistics fields there is a lack of policy care for the funds needed in the supply and demand of the raw materials.
He repeatedly stressed that with the pride of Bossard which has a worldwide reputation in the assembling technology, he will perform a leading role in the logistics automation of the domestic assembling technology.
Mr. Oh has majored in mechanics in the university and he has dedicated in the assembly machine field for 30 years of his work life.
After his position as the director of Hanjin Heavy Industries & Construction Co. Ltd and GE Plastic Co. Ltd, he’s now the CEO of Bossard Korea since last November.
