This restaurant has specialty in duck roasted in an earthenware called Dogani.
Over ten herbal materials and glutinous rice, gingko nut, jujube, and chestnut
are stuffed into the duck’s stomach, and the duck is wrapped with cotton cloth
and a foil, and roasted in the Dogani. Eating it with a few kinds of Kimchi
including watery radish Kimchi called Dongchimi, cabbage Kimchi without red
pepper powder called Baek Kimchi, pickled onion, soup of Korean fermented
soybean paste with the outer leaves of cabbage called Woogeoji
doenjang(outer leaves of a cabbage beanpaste soup), and a kind of seasoned
green called Bujiggangi namul taste better.
