Fresh wild greens satisfying your appetite
INTRODUCTION
This restaurant features wild greens gathered from a highland in Gangwon-do,
including a kind of wild green called Chinamul, wild mulberry leaves, and several
mushrooms called Mogibeoseot(wood ear), Pyogo beoseot(Lentinus edodes or
shiitake mushroom). If you have these wild greens wrapped in flour sheet, you
can feel refreshing and fragrant. Side dishes such as mulberry leaves and pickled
vegetables are served, and peach tea and steamed sweet potatoes as deserts.
A countryside landscape there surrounded by rivers and mountains are beautiful.
