All foods of Danwon, the specialty Korean traditional full course meal restaurant, have the best taste of local ingredients with wild vegetable of Ulreung-do, bamboo shoots from Damyang,bean paste of Soonchang, rice of Bibong, dried yellow pollack of Inje Yongdae-ri and the like.
Timely roasting, assorting, broiling and other cooking with the natural use of seasonings would bring the great tender tastes. With the appetites in porridge, water kimchi and others, it comes with finest touch in Yongsan jelly, large shrimp cold assorted dish and others with water ginseng and honey for cold dishes, bean pancake, abalone, roasted pine mushroom, and clear soup of rock fish for hot dishes, as well as finishing with the regular course that brings the full satisfaction.
