Gamasotbab(boiled rice in an iron pot) made of a name brand rice grown in
Seocheon, in Chungcheongnam-do, Chinamul(a kind of wild greens) gathered
in a highland in Gangwon-do, Gangdoenjang(a kind of stew, but little watery
soybean paste sauce), and side dishes of cabbage Kimchi, watery cabbage
Kimchi not using red pepper paste, Doenjang jjigae, and a soup made of a
dried pollack are appetizing.
