Hwaseong-si has southwest coast of Gyeonggi-do that belongs to Midwest of peninsula, and it borders dwith 7 cities on land and borders by sea with chungcheongnam-do through pyeongtk harbor on West Sea. With population is 45 million, area 688km2, Hwaseong is 5th biggest among self-governed city in province.
Inside city, there are Global companies such as Samsung Electronics semiconductor division, Hyundai-Kia Motors, and 5700 hopefulness middle class companies, which leading economy of Gyeonggi-do and
Korea. In last year, Hwaseungsi opened woman juveniles culture center, South elderly Welfare Center, dongtan Health Branch, Reward merit center, and in year 2009 it plan to start construction of complex
