INTRODUCTION
This restaurant boasts 50-year history of an eel food as a specialty. This food
features cultured eels bought from Gunsan, Jeonbuk, and a sauce using over
20 herbal materials such as licorice root, Angelica gigas, etc. These combinations
are broiled in hardwood charcoal fire. It tastes plain and tender in meat quality.
Side dishes like cabbage Kimchi, and soybean sauced crab, and Doenjang
jjigae is neat and simple. Comfortable place like a private villa and the oriental
painting, and antique furniture catch customer’s eyes.
